Ph.D. Scholars Seminar 2026

The Ph.D. Scholars Seminar-2026, organised by the Faculty of Buddhist Studies, Lumbini Buddhist University, is held online over the Zoom platform on 25–26 June 2026 (2083 Ashad 11–12). This year 23 Ph.D. scholars submitted seminar papers; selected works are presented across four technical sessions for scholarly commentary and discussion.

LBU International Seminar 2026

International Seminar on Education, Literature, Society and Culture

An international seminar hosted by the Central Campus of Lumbini Buddhist University, in collaboration with Lal Bahadur Shastri Smarak P.G. College and the Kalindi Prakashan Group (Uttar Pradesh, India). Over two days, 35 scholars present across six themes spanning Buddhist philosophy, higher education in the digital era, literature, environmental humanities, sustainable development and value-based education.

18th N.E.W.S. Conference & Vice Chancellors' Symposium

The 18th North East West South (N.E.W.S.) Conference and Vice Chancellors' Symposium, hosted by Lumbini Buddhist University on 2–3 April 2025, drew over 200 delegates from across the globe to discuss human resource development for the Fourth Industrial Revolution, with paper presentations, a vice chancellors' symposium and an MoU signing ceremony.
